The New York Venom is the only minor league football team located in Manhattan! We are a team who have high expectations. We have the goal of being a successful organization with the utmost emphasis on T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More). We wish to provide a fun, safe, and organized environment for the public and the team to enjoy football in a respectful manner.

BNEFF AND THE YES NETWORK COMPLETE MAJOR PROJECT
The YES SPORTS NETWORK picked the B.N.E.F.F. to do a three day profile story. YES interviewed the B.N.E.F.F. board members, but best of all, they picked the NY Venom to highlight. They interviewed players and the staff, they filmed their practice during the week and covered them while playing the Packers on Saturday night. "This is what hard work gets you." said Deputy Commissioner Al Alston. The Yes network came to Mr.Girven with a idea of highlighting adult football in the city. All angles was worked out and the finished product will air Thursday night.(Check listings). "We are proud to be at the point that we catch the attention of a major sports network.said Mr.Alston. Many people still don't understand the direction that the B.N.E.F.F. is going. Too many people think that this is just another league, but don't get it twisted, We work hard everyday to stay up on every problem ,complaint and compliment we get and work to make it better. Hats off to the VENOM players and PACKER players for being very professional and the staff as well. The profile can be seen on the SportsLife,NYC show. B.N.E.F.F. AND YES NETWORK..WHAT A GREAT COMBO !

The 2008 B.N.E.F.F. Season...
The New York Venom is a proud affiliate of the "Big North East Football Federation". As we prepare to enter our third season, our expectations are even higher than before. Having fallen one game short of our goal of winning the B.N.E.F.F. Championship, we will accept nothing less for the 2008 season than a Championship.
We expect to have a hand in community events throughout the season and the rest of the year. We are in the process of obtaining 501c3-not-for-profit status, and will continue working and serving the community as part of our mission to the youth of the New York area.
We are accepting applications for all player positions for the 2008 Season. We are also currently accepting applications for the positions of Videographers and Statisticians. If you are interested in any of these positions, please send your resume to us via the following link - "Contact Us"
If you want to be part of a hard nosed, disciplined and preference free football team, then this is the place for you.
Earn your spot, it will not be handed to you. Come prepared for practice, arrive on time, and show what you’re made of. It's your position to lose.
