Our Mission Statement
The New York Venom is the only minor league football team located in Manhattan! We are a team who have high expectations. We have the goal of being a successful organization with the utmost emphasis on T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More). We wish to provide a fun, safe, and organized environment for the public and the team to enjoy football in a respectful manner.

The 2008 B.N.E.F.F. Season...
The New York Venom is a proud affiliate of the "Big North East Football Federation". As we prepare to enter our third season, our expectations are even higher than before. Having fallen one game short of our goal of winning the B.N.E.F.F. Championship, we will accept nothing less for the 2008 season than a Championship.
We expect to have a hand in community events throughout the season and the rest of the year. We are in the process of obtaining 501c3-not-for-profit status, and will continue working and serving the community as part of our mission to the youth of the New York area.
We are accepting applications for all player positions for the 2008 Season. We are also currently accepting applications for the positions of Videographers and Statisticians. If you are interested in any of these positions, please send your resume to us via the following link - "Contact Us"
If you want to be part of a hard nosed, disciplined and preference free football team, then this is the place for you.
Earn your spot, it will not be handed to you. Come prepared for practice, arrive on time, and show what you’re made of. It's your position to lose.

"The Championship Ring"

I've been longin for you since I was young .
When we first met I was 12, and we had our date later, that year.
Who knew our relationship would only last 1 year?
In 2002 we dated, again once more in 2003.
2005 came and I was heartbroken in my quest of trying to get back with you.
In 2007 I discovered the best of times were the worst of times.
You hurt my arm, cracked my ribs, but that didn't stop me from my quest of trying to get back with you!
Until that cold November evening, you hurt me so bad that I cried in the hospital,
Because in my heart I knew would not get another shot at you! I was 1 call away.
On thanksgiving & Christmas break all I can think was "If I had you then this will be great."
In 2008 you don't know what I put myself though to get back with you.
